By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and all funds held in the account may be forfeited.

In addition, the following persons may not create an account or use services on shuvo win:

• Anyone who has previously been permanently banned from shuvo win for a policy violation.

shuvo win offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions that must be met.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

7.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• shuvo win's guidelines must be followed when keeping multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If shuvo win suspects misuse of the bonus system, it may withdraw any bonus.

7.3 Cashback

VIP members may receive a portion of their weekly net loss as cashback. The cashback rate depends on the member's VIP level. Cashback is not provided without its own wagering conditions.

All betting and gaming activities on shuvo win are governed by the following rules:

8.1 Sports Betting

• Odds and match results are determined in accordance with the decisions of the relevant sports authority.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets placed before each betting market closes will be considered valid.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

8.2 Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during a game, the round result will be settled according to the server record.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are shown in the game interface.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a betting result must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours. shuvo win's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on shuvo win:

• Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms to withdraw funds ("bonus abuse").
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of manipulative betting.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to conduct betting.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts or steal their information.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members through the platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, shuvo win may immediately close the account and forfeit the funds held in it. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

shuvo win may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information during the verification process.
• Suspected suspicious financial transactions or fraud.
• To comply with a court order or directive from a government authority.
• In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

A member may also request account closure at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of the request, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, however any bonus balance will be cancelled. Requests for self-exclusion or limit-setting in line with the Responsible Gaming Guidelines can also be made through the support team.

• If the service is unavailable due to an unforeseen natural disaster, cyber attack, or government restriction.

In any circumstances, shuvo win's total liability will not exceed the actual funds held in the member's account.

If a difference is found between the Bengali and English versions of any clause of these terms, the Bengali version will take precedence.
